Pricing

For all of the above and so much more we simply charge 15% of the rental income and the cleaning fee stated on the listing.

We will work with you to set a cleaning fee that is fair and competitive in your target market. Rates typically start at $75- $150 depending on the size and location of the property.

For additional fees we can assist with pool support and other negotiated tasks.
