The origins of RentnRelax started in the world renowned equestrian community of Wellington with a two bedroom guesthouse and has grown from there. We have established a firm foundation in the Wellington Market but have expanded our portfolio to many properties near the ocean and further afield.

We manage a vast array of property types from large family pool homes to luxury condos on the Intracostal, each property has its own marketing plan tailored to its specific target audience and specific features.
